Comfort Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Booked for a trip to visit my significant others family. Check in was pleasant and room and grounds was great. Always seen someone leaning or working on rooms. Great for a 3 night stay. Did have issue with breakfast but that was out of there control. There was a number of kids that was being unruly and messing up the breakfast bar area one morning and i blame the parents more than the hotel.||We had a King Suite and was clean and very nice. Plenty of space and a great shower. ||Only draw back i can think was some air traffic was loud on Passover and thought near to all shopping plaza was nice does have people wander around the property some times. But again hotel was great and clean and felt safe.

Conveniently located near the airport and freeway, this is the second time we have stayed here. The hotel is very clean with a large parking lot. The lobby area and dining area are expansive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. The showers are hot with plenty of water. Although it’s only an overnight stay, I always enjoy it and feel rested after a busy week. There are also many restaurants nearby literally within walking distance.

We were celebrating our 60th Anniversary with our son & family so we got 3 rooms for 3 nights. The person who checked us in was super nice. The rooms were very clean, with very comfortable beds & pillows. Loved the suites. Nice breakfast. We went to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum during the day. The dining area was very large so every night, we sat in the dining area and played cards, pulled 2 tables together for the six of us. Really liked the hotel snack corner with some really good beverages.

I stayed here last week and I’ve waited until now to see if management would address it but they didn’t. I found a ton of black hair in my bed a couple hours after I unpacked. I’m a redhead. I told the front desk person and they moved me to a new room. Checked the beds, there’s black hair there too. I just wanted to go to bed so I asked for sheets. There weren’t any clean sheets to give me. They moved me to ANOTHER room, which was mostly fine. I called the manager, and he’s been conveniently unavailable and won’t call me back. Even the poor front desk person said “I’m so sorry this is a terrible experience, definitely talk to the manager and they’ll take care of it.” Also there was a bug in one of my rooms and the AC and phones didn’t work so I had to go up and down the elevator at least f

Either the people that gave this place 5 stars have really low standards or average standards have become obsolete these days. This hotel is a joke. I regretted our stay within 10 minutes of checking in. The ONLY reason I didn’t leave is because I wasn’t traveling alone and didn’t want to inconvenience everyone else. I’ll start with the fact that the TVs didn’t even accept Roku/Fire Stick. The channels offered were pretty garbage. Thankfully, we went during Christmas so we found a couple of decent movies. The complimentary breakfast? Throw it in the trash…LITERALLY. Same exact lackluster options 3 days in a row. At least some hotels rotate between bacon and sausage. Not this dump…nasty sausage links every day. You can tell they just don’t care. My mom (who loves her breakfast) skipped it
