Hilton Cincinnati Airport

Honestly, a great hotel. Rooms/beds/pillows were A+ for comfort. Great fitness center setup, in the higher tier as far as these go. Good pool. I was a bit annoyed that they wanted me to pay for parking. It’s Ana airport hotel, not in a city, that makes no sense to me. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the food looked good. Not as overpriced as some hotels with full service restaurants.

Positive: "" Negative: The sink and tub were clogged. There was dirt back washed in the sink when you would brush your teeth and the tub would clog from a shower and all kinds of hair would backwash. The toilet drained slow and would have to flush multiple times from pee.

We were to stay at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport location on a recent road trip, but due to an error the handicap accessible room we had booked was not available. The front desk person tried to find us another location, but was unable to do so. We did find another Hilton hotel some miles away. The next morning, we contacted the general manager of the Cincinnati Airport Hilton, Imran Hussain about our issue from the previous evening. Mr Hussain was gracious in listening to our concerns and assured us that once he had time to investigate the situation he would get back to us. A man of his word, he contacted within a couple of hours and not only apologized for our inconvenience, but ask us to be his guest the next time we were in the area. Good hotel. we stay here for our work trips and it is a good hotel. has a gym and swimming pool. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport. The staff are friendly and nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. linens and beddings are soft and clean. Pillows are great as well! Their breakfast is a continental american breakfast.

I want to say THANK YOU to the staff at this location, they were very accommodating and can’t thank them anymore. I’m a truck driver and they saved me from sleeping in a day cab. Thank you. Marco, Chris, Gisele, I hope I got you all right. I’m glad you all work for Hilton and not IHG
