Holiday Inn Express & Suites Florence - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

Here for a job orientation and check-in was very easy. The rooms were clean and complimentary breakfast was good. The breakfast bar attendant was so sweet and attentive. Bring your own water for the room. Less than 20 minutes from the airport. Complimentary shuttle service and Jeff was a safe driver and helpful.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The location is great near a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. They provide fresh ground coffee daily along with a nice hot breakfast every morning. The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and courteous. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very cozy. Nice extras like a coffee maker, a small refrigerator and a safe. We love the fact that they had full size bottles of Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Not like all the other hotels that provide you with mini bottles that never accommodate a family of three. Our housekeeper, Bella provided exceptional service. We had a need for 3 rooms this weekend as we traveled in for a death in our family. We really needed to have access to our rooms earlier than the standard 3pm check in. I called earlier in the morning and the staff made it happen! Later that evening we returned after the visitation with food from a nearby restaurant. However, the restaurant neglected to give us any dressing to go with my husband’s hot wings. Mary at the front desk did not hesitate when asked if they had any type of dressing to offer her personal stash. She quickly returned with a cup of Ranch dressing with a smile on her face. From the staff working to get us into rooms early, to unexpected needs, and always being friendly and helpful I would not choose to stay anywhere else. I just want to give a huge shoutout to McKennah and Liz at the front desk. They’re absolutely awesome every time I stay here. Super friendly, quick to help with anything, and they always make you feel welcome. They even drive the shuttle and go out of their way to take care of guests. Holiday Inn Express is lucky to have them. If you’re staying here, you’re in good hands with these two!
