Best Western Inn Florence

Stayed three nights, room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Visited Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Excellent location to access these two attractions. Mall was nearby and many restaurants to choose from in this area. We enjoyed dining at Blind Squirrel, Chuy’s (Mexican) and KPot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot.

Positive: This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel and it won't be the last! The staff is very friendly, and are very helpful when needed. My rooms have been clean; and there is a variety on the hot breakfast that is offered! Negative: ""

Other than the hotel being under construction for renovations, which didn't bother me, I appreciate the fact that they are making things better. The customer service for me was Awesome. Ms. Heather, at the front desk, was so incredibly sweet and so helpful. She definitely made the stay enjoyable! My room was great, the continental breakfast was good, the Waffle was my Favorite! I was within 10 minutes of everything I needed to do while in Florence so the location was great for me. I'll definitely be staying here again next year when I make my yearly trip to Florence!

Jean was a great deal of help when I stayed at best Western. She was very nice. She helped us with breakfast as well as helping us find our room. And she always had a smile on her face while doing it even though when we came in, we were already complicated Guest .

The room and bed were very nice, however, since this location was under renovations, the outside lot was not tidy and it's access off the main road was a little hidden. The host at the desk was very pleasant but not clear on their pricing policy, ( I used my rewards points for this stay) she tried to still charge an additional $40. In her defense though the place is making major changes. All in all, a nice stepping stone to the south for our vacation. We will be back.
