Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence

This property is managed so well. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We stayed over a four day period. When we had a death in our family and the kindness they showed my family was so appreciated. Miss Pollard, the general manager went out of her way to take care of us at a very difficult time. The facility is so clean and the free food and drinks is a definite plus for anyone with a family.

My wife and I booked here for a weekend getaway to go to the aquarium. It's was impressive to say the least. If you dont like children or aren't family friendly you may wanna find other accommodations because it is popular with families with children. The breakfast is a huge buffet with everything you could need for a good breakfast. They have complimentary DINNER too which was pretty dang good. The bar and restaurant downstairs stays open till midnight (which is FANTASTIC for a night guy like me). Everything was clean, friendly, and just well presented in general. My wife and I joined the rewards program and will be staying with this chain again and quite often in our travels if we see the same good things from others in the name. Positive: Free breakfast and dinner made it worth every penny. Our family of 4 saved a lot of money and time with this. Breakfast options are all you could ask for. Dinner options could be more plentiful but we liked everything they did offer. Negative: ""

I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel for 3 days, and overall my experience was good. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities like the gym and pool—they were well-maintained and easy to use. The only downside was the breakfast. The potatoes in the morning were not properly cooked, and the options were very limited. Over the 3 days, it felt repetitive and a bit boring. I wish they offered more variety to start the day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

Hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in! It is a beautiful hotel and clean, is an understatement. They were very busy our 2nd night there but there were plenty of spots to sit during breakfast and dinner..nice comfortable seating. The food is good and they did a great job of keeping everything stocked. The rooms are so nice, comfortable and clean! The bar/restaurant is very nice, a cool place to hang out at the end of the evening for a couple drinks and not have to drive anywhere. Very nice pool and hot tub area.. unfortunately we were only able to enjoy it the first day of our stay..we made several attempts the second day but the area was always full with lots of kids.
