Beds are uncomfortable. Firm and springy. Slept awkward position to get comfortable to sleep and woke up with a kink in my neck. The right side of the bed had a spring poking up. Booked two nights but would not extend for this reason. My TV didn’t work. It said ‘no signal’ and the front desk just said unplug it. Didn’t help. WiFi is rather slow and you have to pay to upgrade to something. The pool is used for local lessons for four hours three nights per week (4:20-8:20pm) for all ages with a lot of toys and equipment! They split the pool for guest use but it puts a damper on adults wanting to swim!! What the heck. Rooms are clean, well equipped and neutral-scented which is important for me. The breakfast is basic and good. All staff has been pleasant.

We were very displeased with management and communication. We arrived back at our room after errands and there was a man tinkering with our door lock. We then noticed a woman all the way down the hall working on someone else’s door. A shouting conversation commenced between the two, trying to convince us that they were legitimate contractors and needed to change the batteries before the locks would be able to upgrade. Seemed suspicious. Then the man told us that he needed to ENTER our room to change the lock battery. At no point did the contractors offer any identification. The man entered the room and locked the door without a female present. Mind you, this was a very short/overnight girls’ trip. Could management have notified us personally at check-in that there would be work done on our

We had an outstanding stay here for 3 nights and would 100% book again. The hotel itself is new, super clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious with everything you need for a longer stay. The beds were good, the kitchenette was really handy, and the whole place just felt well cared for. But what really blew us away was the service. We woke up to brutally cold Michigan weather (around –20 wind chill), and the assistant manager had gone outside early and scraped the ice and snow off every single guest’s car windshield in the parking lot. That is just an example of their desire to go above and beyond. The way the front desk is set up, every time you come in and out they connect with you and check in, from tips on the cold to your flight plans. They truly appear to care. I

Spacious and incredibly well equipped with all amenities that you would need for a longer term stay.

Front desk team has been super helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast is there. Gym is standard. Pool was clean. 2 queen room offers more space than king with the sleeper couch pulled out. There was always a parking spot when coming back for the night.
