DoubleTree by Hilton Ann Arbor North

We experienced great service during our stay at DoubleTree. Amber checked us in and was very sweet and helpful! Room was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Becky welcomed us in when we came back one evening and she completely brightened an otherwise hard day. She was so personable and kind, definitely a highlight of our stay. Overall, would stay here again.

Shawn and Beto at the arbor lounge are great!!!! I stay at the double tree Ann Arbor multiple times a year and the food is always excellent! The drinks are amazing . Even if they are just making me a Shirley temple they will make the best Shirley temple ever. They made my husbands old fashioned great. The customer service is great in the arbor lounge . Unfortunately the rooms and front desk have been off for awhile. Rude , or more often then not front desk just don’t care. I tried to get my air in my room fixed but zero communication on the actual problem. The problem was finally fixed by a nice young maintenance guy . Front desk could barely be bothered. Then when on the phone to talk about the issues the girl literally blew me off. I come here all the time and this is the worst customer

Chantel at the front desk is wonderful. Always have quick excellent service. |Meadow and the chef made special efforts to accommodate dietary needs. Just amazing! Jill our morning breakfast server was so helpful, pleasant and welcoming! We stay here every time we are in the area. This is our third visit. Thank you

Service from the staff was good. The problem with overall service is that I booked a room there with the expectation that my kids would get to enjoy the pool. However, an hour or so after checking in, we learned that the pool was just closed for maintenance. Not just for the day, but for an unknown, extended period of time. We ended up checking out immediately and going to Home 2 (another Hilton property), which was better because its pool was open, it was all suites, was cheaper per night, and included breakfast without extra charge.
