Graduate by Hilton Ann Arbor

Our family had a wonderful 2-night stay here. Eric at the front desk was so helpful and kind on a busy check-in day. The location was perfect to visit UMich and we were so close to all kinds of food options. With a family of 5, it was great to be able to book one hotel room that had 2 queens and an additional small room with a sofa bed. Maelin and Goetz products in the bathroom were also a nice surprise.

Just super! The decoration of the room and the common areas were fantastic. Nothing more to add.

For all of the 45 minute hassle of this experience , the only pleasant part was the 3 dedicated gentleman valets and the gentleman behind the desk (Ben, I believe ) amazing ,above ,and beyond . Now for the parts that weren’t so amazing was number one where it’s located , there isn’t many parking options unless you valet when you stay or the you choosing to commute yourself parking would be a game of 10 to 25 minutes in walking distance since the high volume traffic and other shops / schools in the areas . Another let down was that when we arrived to our room it hadn’t been cleaned to the best of it’s ability and size of the room wasn’t very comfortable like stuffy and small sized room but in hopes of seeing more of the beautiful art works and architecture I decided to ask the cleaning staf

The building itself and everything that’s in. It is amazing. I think in our floor those and it’s like to Pia from late 1800s.. but the best thing is the staff. You know we had to drive almost 4 hours to get there and when my wife got in the car, it was amazing to see ballet, make her feel comfortable and less than a second. The front desk was awesome. I gotta say Ben is absolutely amazing. I’m definitely a unique person, and he was able to relate to me instantly, and I noticed that he could relate to everybody instantly incredible human.

The room and location are lovely, and the front desk staff are warm. Unfortunately, the lost and found experience left a lot to be desired. We changed rooms mid-stay and I accidentally left my personal pillow behind. Over the next two days I had to return to the front desk five or six separate times — no one ever followed up with me once. Each time I was met with vague assurances that it was "difficult to reach housekeeping," which is a strange thing to hear at a hotel. A pillow doesn't walk out the door. It was in a room that your staff cleaned and turned over. The fact that it took that much persistence just to locate a large, obvious item was strange.
