Med Inn Hotel Ann Arbor

So convenient! The hotel itself is comparable to a Comfort Inn but the location is wonderful. My husband had surgery and was expected to stay 1 night in the hospital but it turned into 6! The Med Inn kept finding space for me to continue to stay. It really helped reduce my stress level by being able to walk inside between my room and the hospital, especially during the cold/snowy January.

If you want a fancy room this isn't it. However if you want to be within minutes walk to your loved one, this is where you want to be. The staff are all great people. Room is fine. Free coffee and a vending machine. Also a Continental breakfast. We stayed 17 days and it's like that 15 minute City I heard tell about. 😂 I hope to be able to get a room again when we're there for treatment. Thank you Med Inn Hotel and all of the staff from us.

Even though the facility isn’t spanking new and modern I give it a 5. If you want swanky accommodations you may not like Med-Inn but we found it much more comfortable than commercial hotels. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful with questions regarding the hospital, something a strip hotel could never offer. It felt very clean and sanitary. It may not have high end towels and bedding but it was clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent, much nicer than our stay at doubletree. The rooms were quiet and the heating cooling was just right. Small microwave and fridge were just enough. Safety and convenience were perhaps the best part of our stay. What an experience! The staff reminded me of the service I enjoyed on the Viking cruise ship! Everyone greeted me, like I was a VIP! From my daily front desk routine, to room service accommodations. The staff worked like the crew members I used to fly with as a flight attendant, and that's solid like a rock! They respected my 6 weeks of privacy while providing every comfort of consideration, when the Chemo and radiation kicked in. I'd mention this place for anyone needing assistance when needing cancer treatments. It's been almost a year ago, when the successful journey of the Med Inn Hotel, became my 2nd home. I made bracelets for each "crewmember" I met, to show my sincere gratitude. Exceptional place, for Exceptional times. Many thanks and much appreciated.

It was our first time at the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The room was very nice. I liked that you can regulate the heat yourself. And it was very clean. I had 2 appointments and we never went outside not once.
