House keeping staff refused to clean my room after I asked repeatedly. It took 5 days of asking before they did. Reportedly they kept refusing because I had pets in my room although they were in a kennel per their policy. House keeping and their management needs retraining. That being said Ms Rhonda, one of the few with housekeeping that did as I asked happily cleaned my room and was otherwise fantastic. Comfortable stay, clean hotel, clean lobby, friendly and front desk staff. Good breakfast buffet.

We had reserved two rooms for June 21, 2025. When I made the reservation, the woman I spoke to said she was booking two rooms for me that had two queen beds plus a pull out couch. I asked multiple times if the rooms had these particular beds because of our dynamic with the group we were traveling with. We needed 3 different beds in each room. I was assured this was the type of room I was booking. When I made the reservation, I told the woman that helped me book at the front desk over the phone that we were traveling that day and would not arrive until 10 pm or later. My mom and I downloaded the Marriot Bonvoy app because we each had a room in our names. We checked in to our rooms the day before. The app asked us what time we would arrive and we both put 10:00 pm. Love this beautiful hotel but even more impressive is it's outstanding staff! They all make you feel so welcome and go above and beyond to make your stay special. The rooms are beautiful and very well designed. It's so nice to have a kitchenette! The bed is comfortable, the a/c is cold (very important) and the rooms very quiet. Huge closest. The only suggestion I would have is if there was a dimmer in the bathroom as the 2 lights are very bright, but better too bright than not bright enough! Thank you especially to the outstanding staff for a very enjoyable stay!

I come here nearly every Christmas and service is great but the rooms are starting to show their age. In our combined party we had five rooms and two of them had to be moved to another room. One has a shower mixer valve that could only do cold water and the other had a dishwasher that dumped water all over the floor. They were able to find another room in both cases. The people have all been great and we will probably stay again next year.

This people need to find a better way to check people in. We got in around 2am and this poor man was filling out every single information of each one of us. Our company booked this hotel for us so they should just have the keys ready and go. We had to be back at work at 7am next day so it cut us a lot of our sleep time. I had to file a complaint with Marriott so I hope next time is more pleasant.
