Best Home2suites! From the front desk Shelyn, Fam, Eric so helpful! Always smiling. The bfast is amazing, requested bacon on my last day and Gabriela and CC delivered! Waffles and chicken is the delicious and fresh blueberries! Will definitely come back! In Alexandria, Louisiana! Love the location and convenience to shops! Only negative the shower head needs to be changed, better option for detachable shower head.

This hotel states it is under renovations and I do hope that the room I was in was pre-renovations. It appeared worn with nice furniture. The walls and the main framework of the room appeared old and damaged. I had to use binder clips to open my window shades because it looks like it used to be remote with a switch, which did not work. Dark in the room with low lighting. I had allergy problems every night I slept there, which could be due to several reasons that could be in the local area. I was reading other people reported mold and although I didn't see any, my overnight problems seem to match that. My congestion would go away and start all over when I went to my room. With proper renovations, the hotel has potential. Staff are nice. The gym was fantastic! Parking is free.

We love Home2 Suites. The rooms are spacious, and we have enough room to spread out and not be right on top of each other. The breakfast was pretty good, and the staff was friendly. They're one of our top hotel picks.

No coffee at breakfast bar??? Said the machine has been broken for a week. This is pretty basic stuff not to have right. You can go to the local Walmart and buy a coffee machine to get you by. Cheaper than getting crappy reviews.

Service is one of the reasons we have returned to this location.. We visit family and friends in the area and we stay here because of the location, and Confortof the rooms. Service has always been very good.
