Outstanding customer service! Sergio at the bistro bar and Gregory at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And all of the ladies in housekeeping were sweet and hospitable as well. Thank y’all for being so kind! Update: my mom’s watch fell out of her bag and Miss Kimberly called us to arrange for a family member to pick it up. Thank you for your kindness!

Positive: Location Negative: Nothing was right. Room not clean. Towels not ample. No shower curtain on first room. Towel rack missing. Windows dirty.

The front desk was very helpful for our group. I was so tired coming in and even with issues the front desk was so helpful. Alliyah the bartender was so sweet! She was so accommodating and very helpful and approachable. We had a great time at the bar. Helped turn our groups mood around.

We are huge courtyard people and enjoy staying at them. First thing we noticed was pube like hairs on the bed, the broken light fixtures, the plug in that didn’t work, the whole in the floor covered with carpet that makes you feel like you are gonna fall through and to top it off no hot water. This place is pure disgusting!! I was in room 238 make sure if you decide to stay here you do not get that one atleast maybe the other 300 rooms are better, but going to assume it’s not possible.

Hotel was convenient to my work location. Lots of dining options nearby. Bistro in lobby was convenient and hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room was ok. Appeared clean except the shower which had stains on the floor, gunk in a couple corners on the floor and the glass enclosure needed to be scrubbed. They don't clean the rooms or refresh towels etc daily. I would probably stay somewhere else when in the area for work next time.
