Best Western of Alexandria Inn & Suites & Conference Center

The staff were very friendly and always considerate. The rooms were nice, slightly dated but well kept. The inside space is open and looks great. The pillows were small. There is no iron, only a steamer. Toilets required the handle to be held for a while before the toilet would flush. Overall, nothing bad that would prevent us from returning and the staffs friendliness outshined any minor or insignificant concern we would have had. They were great!

The staffs and personnel were great however room was dirty and unclean. Carpet was not clean and vacuum and toilet has stain. Had several trash underneath the bed They do provide night security rounding. Check in and checkout was easy. I thought the whole room was not clean.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend. We visited here about six years ago for a function and thought we would return because we enjoyed it so much. The decor of the lobby was beautiful. The room was clean, the staff were nice, and breakfast was pretty good! Breakfast included grits, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, bread, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, and so much more!! There is an indoor pool and hot tub, which were delightful! The location was centrally situated to various eateries and some shopping. We enjoyed our stay this visit and would visit again.

Positive: NOTHING Negative: YES THERE WERE BED BUGS IN ROOM 243 WHICH BIT ME MULTIPLE TIMES ON JUNE 22 2025. I HAVE BITES ON MY NECK AND FACE. I HAVE PICTURES. IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR 242 THERE WERE A GROUP OF WOMEN FIGHTING AND ARGUING MOST OF THE EARLY MORINING. SECURITY WAS ZERO

The staff (Megan and Kelli) were phenomenal. The room was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I wish I could give more than five stars. I would go out of my way to stay here again.
