Town House Motel

Horrible customer service! First of all upon arrival the owners live on site and before I could even enter my room I seen the owner(husband) peering from his side screen door(side of office) very creepy! Then the room had cockroaches and bed bugs! They only accepted cash and when I called gave me a price for a week then added 150$ when I arrived. They didn’t wanna give my reciept until I left but I demanded it anyways. The maid(someone they’re related to you can tell she lives there it’s her or the husband) got crazy with my gf when she asked for new sheets saying they are the ones who have to wash them as if we didn’t pay almost a grand to stay for a week. Then when I asked for new towels and even returned my used ones they got very verbally agressive about it aswell forcing my partner an

This hotel would get alot better of a rating if they weren't so rude. When you stay there you are not allowed any guests at the hotel even for five minutes. Or management is at your door telling them to leave. It's embarrassing. Customer service is important people and this place needs to work on it big time.

Great accomodations and parking lot they let us clog up 4 days with truck and trailer travel for work from Arkansas to all over and preferably motels is suited for us to secure equipment. Great shower as we'll.

My first day here, but I was 24h late due to flight and travel delays. I called ahead of time to inform them and Chris was very nice to secure a room for me (despite no deposit as they only take cash and I was out of town). The room so far is clean and nice. The bed is comfortable. I’m staying here a week for work and will come back next time.

Rooms are very nice and clean. I used to stay here because of environment. I highly recommend this place because they got new management and renovated rooms. Couple who manage the property are very nice. Love the design of room and color combination. Place is safe and cozy. So if you’re looking decent and safe place no one can beat town house motel.
