Quality Inn Tracy I-205

Excellent Location For Quality Inn my room was clean and smells fresh Slept like a log. Beds were comfortable. Room had ample plug-ins. They even had the weather channel. They were very accommodating with my needs. I have a medical condition. So nice to have Excellent customer service at checking. I do recommend and I will be back.

I stayed dozens of times at this Brand in different cities, this one was horrible. Staff that gives zero efs, room with missing body wash dispenser, and finally breakfast was absolute joke, toast, yogurt, cereal and waffles that is all what they offer- you better off don’t offer breakfast at all. Very disappointing and hopefully someone who oversees the brand quality is going to do something about this location.

The bed is uncomfortable, and it sounds like your inside a garbage can when you move or hit the base of the bed. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. It was also a bit noisy. I believer her name was Nichole at the front desk check, she was very pleasant and helpful.

The rooms have been recently renovated, but when we checked in there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper even in the bathroom. There was only one person working at the hotel on Saturday afternoon, and she asked us to come down to the desk to pick these things up. There was no phone to call down to the front desk in the room, either. Later, we noticed that the bottoms of our feet and socks were filthy-apparently, the front desk person said, housekeeping had not cleaned the room. Also, there was construction noise like a carpenter working at night for a few hours. This place does not have its act together, that's for sure.

Nicole was a Godsend. After being turned away from another choice hotel for not having the deposit ( i had to leave my home quickly and needed an place to stay), I called the Choice company and finally got a rep Rudy who found The Quality Inn I205 in Tracy and they were very willing to waive the deposit considering my situation. I am so grateful for everyone who helped me have a place to lay my head and be safe that night. THANK YOU.The grounds are clean and well kept. Laundry and ice services are available 24/7 and the breakfast is really good.
