Super 8 by Wyndham Tracy

The manager here is so rude and not very helpful. Her name is Mayra and all I wanted was a receipt, because I reserved through a 3rd party she refused to help me in any kind of way and rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I asked if there is anything she can print for me. Worst customer service at a hotel ever. The guy that works there, I forget his name but he was awesome! Kevin? Not sure younger Indian gentleman. He actually made me very happy, especially after dealing with the Mayra lady and her absurd behavior. The rooms are so-so. Overall, I am unhappy and not staying ever again. Oh, and cops were all over that place, not the best area to be in.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had! After my stay, I contacted corporate to kindly let them know that if they do not do something about this hotel, their reputation will go down. When I got to my room, my husband was in the shower and said there wasn’t hot water and there were holes in the bathroom wall. I told him the place smells like marijuana. We told Ali who goes by the name, John, what was going on and said we can have a refund and go somewhere else. He said he could not do that, but can give us another room. It was around 11pm, and we were too tired, so we said okay. Ali agreed the place smells like marijuana and apologized. Total ghetto. No signage. Terrible lobby. Unfriendly agent. Would not honor my paid reservation. Said my credit card declined even though I showed the confirmation number, the receipt for payment and corresponding emails I was told to contact the vendor and turned away. I told her it was paid and was non refundable. She did not care. Avoid this place. Absolutely rude and pure rip off.

This hotel has horrible customer service upon arrival we had to wait for over 30 minutes to check in . the attendant walked away and locked the doors by the time she returned she had a line of people she seemed very annoyed. Upon examining the room, we noticed that the floor had not been swept fridge wasn’t wiped down. We didn’t want to complain as we were only using the room for one night. We were woken up at 2 am by a fire alarm. As we try to figure out what was going on we also noticed that the power had gone out in our room. There is no longer power we contacted reception for Solution to our problem. She was no help and acted annoyed. My husband finally asked for another room as we would need electricity to get ready.
