What a beautiful place! Vail village is beautiful and the tivoli is located in a prime spot, with slopside views and a slopside hot tub! They have great amenities including a ski check that takes care of your equipment and a beautiful lobby and lounge area. The rooms are fantastic if a bit pricey and the staff is incredible. They are super friendly and always ready to help you out with anything

As much as I would like to keep this a hidden gem, I must share with the world how impressed I was with my experience. This hotel felt like home. The detail and substantial quality of the rooms was surprising. The toiletries and makeup towels were nice, the high ceilings and soft comfortable bed was luxurious. Although all the staff we encountered were pleasant, two stood out as stars: Jason (front door) and Melanie (bar). Jason specifically was beyond helpful and always one step ahead of our needs. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Vail, making it easy to explore the town on foot. The Christmas decorations throughout Vail Village were absolutely magical and added so much charm to the stay. The ski area was also conveniently walkable, which made everything very accessible. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi, surrounded by snow and pine trees — incredibly relaxing and refreshing after a day out. The hotel also provided valet parking, which made the experience even more convenient. Overall, it was an amazing and memorable stay!

I never went to the lodge this November because of my terrible experiences that I have had there...but I still got a survey request about my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone even though the location is great.|My first experience there: booked a Tower room with a mountain view. Checked in and was taken to a tiny room with a Queen bed and one chair and a tiny table. The front desk guy directed us to another tiny room that he said was one of his finest. Again a tiny room with no view. Back to the front desk I explained that I just wanted the room I booked and had paid for. Finally a young lady assisted me after the guy stormed out and said Im outta here. Finally after a few hours and numerous time spent on the pho ne with the manager I presume, we got the room we booke
