Guesthaus Vail

Shayne runs a wonderful B&B! I enjoyed 4 wonderful days staying @ Guesthaus Vail. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The linens and towels were so nice. Shayne prepared and served delicious, beautifully plated breakfasts. She was always ready with input and answers to my questions about Vail, including offering some key insights as to skiing and how I could improve! I highly recommend Guesthaus Vail.

I've stayed here twice and both times were lovely. Comfortable beds, delicious homemade breakfasts, and a perfect location. The village is just down the road so it's easy to walk or shuttle. Shayne pays attention to the small details and knows how to make guests comfortable. She’s also a local so she has the best recommendations. I find this to be a much better experience than staying in a hotel.

Shayne was an excellent host and her home was perfectly located for skiing and visiting in Vail. The bus took 5 minutes to get to the Golden Peak stop (right next to the chair lift) and the bus stop is conveniently located at the top of the driveway. Shayne cooked us a delicious gourmet breakfast every morning before skiing, it was the meal we looked forward to each day. Shayne’s home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Shayne was also very easy to communicate with and was always open to receive feedback. It was clear that she is dedicated to making the experience for guests as ideal as possible. Definitely recommend Shayne’s place for anyone looking for a home away from home near the ski slopes!

Guesthaus Vail and Shayne came just as advertised. The property and room were very authentic to the photographs online. It was clean, comfortable, spread apart from neighboring properties and well appointed with modern day comforts. It is also located right at the shuttle stop to Vail Village and the Transit Center which made it so easy to get back and forth without having to drive or worry about parking in town. Shayne, was so welcoming, kind and very communicative. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Our entire stay was better than we expected and I absolutely recommend Guesthaus Vail with 5 stars!

We had the best stay at Guesthaus Vail! The location is amazing; the beds, sheets and pillows are top notch; and the hostess, Shayne, goes the extra mile on creating an inviting and warm space. Her breakfast service was incredible and I highly suggest adding the raclette dinner, so fun and delicious, so cozy sitting around her table while the snow fell outside. Thanks Shayne! We had an incredible stay. See you next year!
