Montaneros In Vail

Great place to crash for a ski trip. Affordable, spacious, and has all the amenities you need for a stay. Jeff at the front desk does a great job and is very on top of things! Short walk to gondola too!

We had a wonderful stay at Montaneros. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and the customer service from Jeff and Kent was unmatched. They were both very friendly and accomodating. Reasonable price for booking last minute too! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Vail.

This was a really nice resort. The staff was super friendly and everything was made incredibly easy. My wife and I went on our honeymoon during the off season. We had a great time exploring the village and felt like we had the resort to ourselves. It came with our own parking garage, which saved us a ton on parking, this public garages are so expensive. We made steaks in the kitchen in our room, had the fireplace going and looked at the snow on the mountain from our room. The staff told us about the hotsprings nearby and we're very accommodating. Highly recommend this resort, for the price it was the best bang for your buck.

The condo was exactly what I hoped for in a mountain lodge for my first time snowboarding: large stone (functional) fireplace, a view looking directly at the ski slope, and a nice kitchen. Plus, as a bonus my one year old daughter could walk around safely without getting into or onto anything that she shouldn't. The location is perfect, as I think there are only 1 or 2 lodges in all of Vail that are closer to the gondola. The walk was less than 5 minutes. The pool area and two hot tubs are definitely nice as well, especially if you beat yourself up as badly as I did coming down the mountain. 😅 The staff was phenomenal - very friendly and helpful

Exceptional 6 night stay in Unit 218 in January 2024. Special “THANK YOU!” to the manager Kent who was incredibly helpful. He and the entire Montaneros staff were excellent with immediate, very friendly assistance when needed. The unit was spotless, spacious with a full kitchen and had a beautiful view of the Lionshead slopes. The Lionshead Gondola was a short walk but we were 20 steps from the Vail and Beaver Creek shuttles. Loved that we got Hyatt points for our stay. We were thrilled with our stay and very impressed with the level of hospitality provided by Kent and his team.
