We attended a dance convention at this Westin and it was a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect. Would be great for tourists. Easily walkable to so much shopping and dining. The hotel is attached via skyway to 2 malls which is great if the weather is bad. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved how the bed had 2 different types of pillows. Shower was hot and good water pressure. The hotel restaurant was easy to get takeout kids meals for my daughter. The menu looked really good, wish I had time to dine with an adult and try some of the food :) Elevators could be slow at times, but probably due to the convention being hosted there. It was nice that the ballroom/conference levels have escalators to go between conference levels and lobby so you only need elevators to go up t

The hotel is in a very walkable location. We chose to get a room with a separate bedroom in case my husband needed a quiet space to do work. The room was great, but the bed was not!! I ended up sleeping in the little sofa because the bed was way too soft, even after they added a board under the mattress to try to make it more firm. Also, thank goodness we we had the room we did and were able to close a door to the bedroom, someone was smoking in an adjacent room and the smell was coming into our bathroom through the vent. I am allergic and it sent me into an asthma attack, went to the front desk, but because we were on our way out to a dinner reservation (it was Feb 14) and the hotel was booked we had to move rooms immediately or they would have to kick out the smokers! We had been in our

This is where TripAdv can mislead you because I have stayed at a few of the hotels in the Top 10 including the Dagny and Godfrey and the Westin Copley Sq is just better. The location is prime and the best part is that you don't even have to put up with the weather to access Copley Pl and Prudential Malls. It is also more private and sees less traffic than the other hotels with mall access. Friendly and courteous service. The room was great. Great views. Great shower. The audio on the TVs failed but fortunately watching TV was not in my priority list. The gym is better than most hotels out there with almost all the props and equipment you would need for a quick workout. Lively bar on the 2nd lvl, two lobbies, better-than-average breakfast. Overall a great experience and a clear ste

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The h

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Boston. I've stayed a total of 11 nights, and always had a great experience. This is a great place for a conference, or just a getaway. I stayed here for a conference planning meeting to scope out the venue, for the conference itself, and for personal time. Even if there is a hiccup somewhere, the staff is quick to make corrections and offer legitimate perks as consolation. The restaurant has AMAZING food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The drinks are great as well. You cannot beat the location either, it's close to everything from the wharf, to Fenway, to the Freedom Trail.
