Mandarin Oriental, Boston

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an event for 200 women at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the earliest stages of planning through day-of execution, every detail was handled with professionalism, care, and precision. Communication was seamless, the coordination was thoughtful, and the level of service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. Special recognition to Danielle Duane, as well as Banquet Managers Farid and Walter, whose attentiveness made all the difference. The bellmen, front desk team, and entire banquet staff were gracious, polished, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay and to all of our guests.

True to its Asian heritage, Mandarin Oriental Boston is an exceptionally superb hotel in all aspects. Rooms are large and well appointed, bed and linen were very comfortable, amenities were top class. Bathroom was very large yet cosy with separate WC area. Lobby was very plush and classy, and the staff were always welcoming and engaging. Breakfast at Gordon Ramsey was fantastic and served on the table, no messy buffets or lines! I couldn't find a fault, I would rate this hotel to be a true gem in Boston

The staff truly sets this property apart. Every interaction felt warm, polished, and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. The location is perfect — everything feels effortlessly accessible, making work commitments and downtime equally easy. And the spa… absolutely incredible. I chose the Mandarin Oriental for a staycation celebrating my wife's birthday, and they made it perfect. The pre-stay email was helpful to me, as I wasn't sure what they'd be capable of in terms of celebratory touches. There was a lovely dessert waiting in the room when we arrived, as well as a card from the hotel. The room was beautiful, and quiet, and everything we wanted. My wife spent one of the days soaking in the tub, and relaxing, as I'd hoped she'd be able to. The turn down service was amazing, and they even cleaned the tub (bath product residue) so that she could fit in another bath before we left in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we weren't left wanting for anything. All around great stay, and I can't thank them enough for making my wife's milestone birthd
