Newbury Guest House

This hotel was fantastic. The location is very swanky and walkable to so many places. Tons of shops and restaurants all around. I did not have a car so I can't speak to the parking accomodations, but the rooms were cute and clean with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Boston and I would definitely stay there again myself.

We went on a mother/daughter trip. This was the perfect location to Newbury Street shops and restaurants. We had dinner at Gigi and spent the day enjoying the shops. Cozy room and friendly staff. It was so nice to be able to go back to the room to take a quick break. I prefer a smaller boutique hotel to larger impersonal ones. This is a winner. Parking is a great deal compared to what other hotel charge. Tasty hot chocolate in lobby as well.

We had an amazing stay at Newbury Guest House, in my opinion the ideal place to stay in Boston. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location in Back Bay is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston!

We stayed at Newbury Guest House on February 14 in Room 206 after flying in from Seattle, before heading out early the next morning to New York City. We intentionally chose this property because we only needed two simple things after a long travel day: a clean bed and a hot shower. Unfortunately, there was no hot water when we tried to shower that evening. After a cross-country flight, this was extremely disappointing. We attempted to contact the concierge for assistance but were directed to voicemail. No one responded or came to resolve the issue. Since we were leaving early the next morning, there was no opportunity for a delayed fix. When we informed the front desk the following morning, we received a brief apology, but no explanation, follow-up, or effort to make it right. Given tha
