The Rose Hotel

The rent is cheap. But oh boy do you get what you pay for. The Rose is the redheaded step child of the Mercy Housing system. I got a room with a bathroom but no shower. Just an old school eagle claw cast iron tub. And a low flow sink. No heat. I sleep with electric heating pad. Pest control comes twice a month but the mice and cockroaches never go away. Homeless crackheads in the alley scream at each other all night and all day. Loud gangster rap music wakes me up at 4am. Management won't do anything unless we take them to court.

Only because it’s mercy housing I’ll give it a 3 but if it wasn’t mercy housing I’d say the rose need work and I’ll give it a 1 maybe 2 stars ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! I complain about me having breathing issue due to my asthma and I’m big physically so my lungs are bigger meaning I need more oxygen flow to breathe correctly but they give me a room where the window leads to the center of other rooms but not a window to outside where there’s a flow of air to breathe

As you can see by the photo you can expect roaches will be amongst the visitors

The Rose hotel it's managed good and you just got to follow the rules I have a friend that stays there as I was growing being raised born and raised in San Francisco I was Larry about the neighborhood growing up but it is getting better
