The Resort On Cocoa Beach

My family and I just returned from a wonderful 5 day stay. The resort has great easy beach access and a very nice/clean pool with a splash pad - perfect for my toddler. The poolside bar is super convenient and everyone at the resort was very friendly.

Nice facilities and location. The Mexican restaurant on site, Food was not very good.

I honestly enjoyed my vacation mainly because of location and our daily family activities. Not The Resort! Let’s start with our room being dirty, yes you read that right and the closet full of sand. Broken hangers left behind and it was just a mess. I notified the front desk and a nice lady came to help but by that time I was already annoyed to walk into a dirty room upon arrival, btw we were offered extra towels to accommodate us for the filthy room oh it gets better so because it took us a while to clean our own room, the front desk had the nerve to call up and threaten us that if we didn’t return the carts (which were used for our luggage) that we would have extra charges we had them all but 30 min at most while I swept and cleaned rooms. We loved our stay at The Resort on Cocoa Beach. The condo was spotless including the bathrooms. Loved the towel exchange and room key arm bands. Toiletries aren’t provided except for small soap bars, so take your shampoos/conditioners, etc. Ask for rooms above 3rd floor for best view and know that ocean view is not a lot as there are condos next door.

Misty at front desk was extremely rude upon my departure. She made aggressive face gestures and displayed a hostile attitude when I politely asked her to verify there would be no additional charges to our stay and that I would receive my deposit in a timely manner. It was a terrible end to an otherwise normal stay. Our deposit of $116.17 on the room has not been refunded to us. Misty said she would refund our money right away. I am starting to think she is a very mean person. We are deeply discouraged with the poor service at the resort. We have tried calling and are always routed to an operator that puts us on hold indefinitely. I would like my deposit refunded. The place is outdated.
