Guest Cottage at Cocoa Beach

Me and my wife Paula have stayed at The Guest Cottage twice now both time have been perfect. Jackie and her husband Dave wonderful people. A very nice little getaway for a weekend or a week. The guest cottage is very neat and clean you have your own privacy. The guest cottage is in walking distance of the ocean and the different restaurants and night spots around Cocoa Beach. I suggest the guest cottage for anyone who wants to just relax and have a good time. I know we will back again soon.

I love this little cottage very quiet and secluded. The manatee is really nice and has a little bit of a bigger enclosed outside area. The dolphin suite is very nice as well but has a smaller outside secluded area. Hosts are very nice and helpful with informing good places to visit and to eat. Very relaxing. Just a walk across the road to the beach. About 3 miles from the pier. If looking for a place to be wild and party hard. In my opinion, This is not the place for you. Overall Its been a great place to stay so far. If ever back to cocoa beach my husband and i plan to stay again :)

Staying here was like living in a dream! Ms. Jackie and Mr. Dave are amazing hosts. They were both extremely friendly and beyond helpful with anything we needed. We rented both the Dolphin and Manatee suites and it was worth every last penny! Ms. Jackie and Mr. Dave made our stay perfect. We cannot wait to visit again. Guest Cottage at Cocoa Beach will forever be our #1 choice as long as they'll have us 😁. Thank you so much for making our stay a dream come true!!!

I just spent the most magical and restful week at Cocoa Beach that I could have asked for. Jackie and David are the ULTIMATE hostess and host. The Manatee Suite is so whimsical and magically decorated that I had very little reason to leave. They are right across the street from the beach, but within walking distance of many other points of interest. They included me in an Easter dinner that matched any fine dining experience you could have asked for. I would highly, highly recommend that you contact them direct and book some time - you won't regret it. I hope to return as soon as I can. It's like a little oasis dropped down from heaven. Thank you, Jackie and David. I have treasured memories!

My husband and I spent 5 days at the "Done Roam Inn Cottage." It was a pure delight! The little cottage is like walking into your own private beach house. From the outside to the inside the decorations are so nicely done. All that you need is there with a little kitchenette to beach chairs and umbrella. I think my favorite is the wonderful "private" courtyard with a Koi pond and the gentle sound of waterfalls. It was a pleasure to meet Jackie and Dave and spend time at their little oasis in Cocoa. As my husband said when you arrive at Done Roam Inn "prepare to cast off" to a wonderful destination!
