Great little place with plenty of family amenities for everyone to enjoy from adults to the children. Rooms are well kept and comfortable with all the modern conveniences of any high end ritzy resort. Property is beautiful and well kept offering hammocks, Adirondack chairs, loungers, as well as other seating to lazily pass your day. Pool and fishing pier along the river with the ocean and beach just a short 2 minute walk away. All beach equipment towels, chairs, umbrellas, as well as boogie boards supplied for ease and convenience by the resort. Rooftop seating for overlooking the river especially at sunset and night makes for unforgettable viewing moments
We have stayed here several times. The most recent was for four days over New Years Eve. The place IS amazing but I felt some cutbacks. The availability of the management is reduced. Call me spoiled but I am use to having the previous owner, Don, walking around the property. Easy access. The office hours are 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. So if you are getting up and going somewhere, you won't be able to catch them and if you are out and about, the office is closed at 3:00 pm. I never once saw anyone in the office during our stay. It's a small thing but the day that we arrived (very easy and convenient check in process esp. if you arrive at odd hours) we ran out of Kleenex and I had a cold. The sheer one ply toilet paper wasn't cutting it SO I left the empty tissue box and the container it was i

We stayed here for one night before taking a cruise from Canaveral. It was so much nicer than the big corporate hotels. Right on the lake/lagoon side with amazing views and just the most perfect sunset. Lovely and clean, very easy self check in and out, coffee making facilities and a fridge/microwave. Took my own tea bags and microwaved the water!!
This is a very small hotel with 10 - 12 total rooms. My daughter who lives in Cocoa Beach had her wedding here. All of us from out of town consumed more than half of the rooms. The rooms were nice, clean, nothing extravagant but they supplied the necessities. The shower was nice and large however the drain was clogged. There is no services here as it is basically just a room on the river. The center area between the two rows of rooms is where the food and drinks were after the wedding catered for 50 people. There’s a gazebo with the river and sunset in the background that was spectacular for an evening wedding. They had a sunset service, which started about 615 and there is a gazebo with a small deck to walk down and view the sunset. They got married in the gazebo with the sun setting, in
