The Inn at Cocoa Beach

Fantastic adults only bed and breakfast that has a long history of ownership by one woman that made it her life's purpose to serve hospitality at a high level. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. Real eggs real muffins real fruit and real good service. Even the gardeners are happy to great you everyday. The kitchen staff is so lovely, the front desk also pleasant. The beach is 26 steps away. Yes I counted. The rooms are clean! I travel with a mini vacuum because of my allergies and I didn't have to use it in either room I stayed in, yes it was so nice I booked an extra night! Umbrella and beach chairs are included! The only negative reviews this quaint place has is from people that don't understand that babies are human children. This is a very charming unique place. We loved it. Our only complaint is there is no place to store your clothes in the rooms on the second floor facing the ocean. I think they have all kinds of different rooms.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Probably the most comfortable and relaxing stay I have ever had at a hotel. The facility was super clean. The staff was over the top nice. A relaxing quiet atmosphere. Just a great overall experience. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much before leaving I booked another three nights for next January. Keep doing what you're doing, I don't know how you could do it any better. I'm 74 years old and my wife and I stayed for several nights. I've just become one of your biggest cheerleaders. Thank you.

I can’t say enough positive things about The Inn at Cocoa Beach. We stayed one night after finishing a cruise and it was the perfect end to a holiday. The rooms were each unique and boutique style with very comfortable king-size beds. Laying by the pool felt like being at a spa with lovely loungers and the sound of the water fountain in the background. The staff were absolutely amazing and were incredibly accommodating to our group of eight people, from storing our luggage for us before our rooms were ready and allowing us to stay later on check out day to accommodate our flight time. The small details make this place a stand out. Very friendly staff, great location, immaculate rooms. Adults only, so very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying there. Was there during a SoaceX launch and was able to watch it from the beach
