The Juni

I have been staying at the Juni during a one-month work trip and am currently halfway through my stay. The apartment itself is nice for the price, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, I have not had any internet service since moving in. Management sent a technician, but the issue was not resolved, and no alternative solution has been offered despite daily requests. If you are traveling for work or require reliable connectivity, I would strongly recommend choosing a different property. However, if you are visiting primarily to surf or relax and do not need Wi-Fi, this could otherwise be a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at The Juni! Clean, comfy, close to the beach! Host was kind and helpful and quick to respond. Everything we needed for a great price!

Great location near the beach. A sweet little spot that works well as a home-based. Fellow airbnb guests in neighboring units were all pleasant as well.

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach! Lovely room, quiet, safe, super close to the beach. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Juni 6. It was good. Really the only issues we had was people going in and out of the gate to the plunge pool slamming it shut!! It was very loud!! No consideration for the people in the rooms next to it. I also changed one of the pillows out and there was fresh blood on the pillow itself. The light in the closet could use a pull chain. I think also considering the $100 non-refundable dog deposit the room could be a little cleaner. The bathroom had thick dust buildup on the baseboards and window sills. The rugs were pretty bad (dirty) as well and there was (dog) hairs on the mattress pad. Other than that it was a good location and a very nice neighborhood. Everyone was very friendly.
