Very nice boutique motel. Check in and out was super quick and easy. Theresa is very quick to respond to any questions. Room was perfect for a night getaway. Also perfect if you want to spend some time at the beach as it was a three minute walk to get to the shoreline.

Spent New Year’s here and had an amazing time. The beach, bars, and restaurants are in walking distance. Great location! They were very welcoming at the property! Would definitely stay again when I come back to Cocoa Beach.

This is a great little family owned motel in central Cocoa Beach. It is close to the beach and downtown Cocoa. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is not a luxury resort, but a very comfortable motel great for anyone looking for an affordable clean place to stay. The motel is safe and secure and very well managed.

Could not have had a better experience! Just steps from the ocean. Room was clean had everything we needed and cutely decorated would definitely stay here again.
