Beach Place Guesthouses

We first saw Beach Place years ago when we were exploring the area after having moved here to Cocoa Beach. We instantly fell in love with the grounds and were graciously shown a couple rooms. But, we never had reason to actually stay here until a currently-ongoing renovation project on our condo, and it has been the best part of the whole process. The staff is great...welcoming and helpful and they treat you like lifelong friends. There is a lot of wonderful art both in the rooms and outside as you stroll around the property. I can't imagine lodging more conducive to relaxation. Highly recommended!

This place was a dump, the pictures make it look better than it is. The unit we were in was very outdated and gross, dark and dingy. The air vents were nasty looking like the have never been cleaned. We stayed for one night and cut our stay short by 4 nights without any refund. You cannot see the ocean, the unit we were in was right on the road and loud at night. The towels, beach items offered for use were old and ended up going to the dollar store for our own bath towels.

Beach Place Guest House was absolutely perfect. The view was incredible, the area was quiet, and the rooms were dark enough for the best sleep. It had everything we needed and truly felt like home. The peaceful views made it hard to leave — honestly, it’s so great I almost don’t want to share it! Mary was the best host ever — kind, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. The Crystal Garden was healing, and relaxing in the hammocks was pure perfection. My wife and I fell asleep listening to the ocean waves while overlooking the private beach. This place is the best-kept secret — we will definitely be back!

This place was old and rundown. A lot of cheap updates with what looked like dollar store items and second hand stuff. The air ducts were nasty and hopefully there was no black mold. Dust all over the walls I assume from the air ducts. The complimentary items were old and gross, beach chairs outside were well used, the patio out back was disappointing. A lot of rust on things. If I could give this less than a star I would. I would highly recommend not booking here it is a waste of money.

Beautiful location, friendly staff great views. One evening while we were on the back deck we saw a space X launch from Cape Canaveral. The beach is about 100 yards from the back deck.
