The Regal Inn

If I could give less than one star, I would. This establishment is less than regal and treats patrons who are desperate for a warm bed like trash. Cigarette burned sheets, and cold rooms with no concession and zero respect for the community they serve. My family member were made to switch rooms but was refused the $5 return for the return of the second room key. A scam! Customer service is below sub-par.

Filthy. Smelly rooms and stairwells. Light in room didn't work, phone didn't work, plumbing barley worked. The bathroom was filthy and the room hadn't even been vaccumed. The whole place is filled with loud people partying and blasting tvs all night. Maintenance man was drunk all day and night. Staff was rude and not there to make your stay comfortable. Scary place in general and I couldn't get the ad room smell out of my lugage. The door to my room had been kick in many times. This place should be condemned!

It's is my go to place it can be a little bit noisy but it is the clientele. But it could be a better place if it was a good place to crash for a couple of days and they could make it more secure and add real motel services like ice machine and drinks soap and other amenities for the guest room are very nice and comfy and I will have to say I did get my rest on the two occasions I visited the hood is not welcoming but I just stayed inside. The price was a surprise and it was a great value for what they gave us the staff was the typical Indian personality but they were cool as long as you pay your things they offer in the lobby

One of the worst motels in the worst part of the city. It's the kind of place where you have to avoid eye contact with other guests to avoid being threatened. The front desk clerk told me they require housekeeping to come at least once a week, but then housekeeping told me it was every 4 days while pestering me after only two days. When my representative from the city government apparently miscommunicated a payment arrangement, the motel staff said I had until 1:30pm to pay. When I went to pay at noon, they told me that they were going to kick me out for not accepting housekeeping service, whereas I had just allowed housekeeping the previous day.
