Luxury Furnished Apartments by Hyatus at Amistad Park

I stayed here for a couple of weeks, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The biggest highlight is the perfect blend of homey comfort and professional hotel-grade service. The apartment is filled with natural light, features modern furniture, and has a fully stocked kitchen, which was a huge plus for me. The location near Amistad Park is a total hidden gem; it’s a quiet street, yet everything you need is within walking distance, including the Yale campus. You can really tell they care about the details, from the crisp linens to the lightning-fast support team. It truly felt like a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of New Haven. Highly recommended!

My stay was phenomenal. Everything was clean when I arrived and felt like a home away from home. My stay couldn't have been better. Great sights and sounds with some great night life activities all around. I have stayed at other Hyatus properties and they always deliver and are up to my high standards.

The service was superb by all Hyatus team!! All the apartment was very comfy, beautiful and very neat (the living/dinning space a bit tight for 6 people). The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with excellent complimentary items like coffee, spices, soaps ... even toothbrushes. The common areas were superb as well, with all new equipment we had a wonderful time using it all. The bathrooms are nice but the shower faucets and heads not up to the standards and not working well. One can hear the tenant above, specially if there are children running. I would give the rooms a 5 star rating if it was not for the shower heads/faucet and the noise above. But we had a wonderful time!!!!!!

Great stay in a great location! Close to all the downtown fun and food. Safe accessible parking. Love that the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans if you want to stay in and make a meal. Beds are comfortable as well. Will be back again!

I stayed here for about a month. Upon check in I could smell vomit in the bathroom. Despite requesting multiple cleanings—which they never did thoroughly—the vomit smell remained for several days. Only after I discovered that someone had thrown up on the fake flower pot in the bathroom did the odor finally disappear. I have mixed feelings about Hyatus as they have limited staff who only assist you during regular business hours. But the apartment has its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a fitness center. The walk to Yale is about a solid 20-25 minutes, depending on which part of the campus you need to get to.
