The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park in El Paso is a standout historic property! A beautifully restored Art Deco architecture blended seamlessly with top-tier hospitality in the heart of downtown. From the moment we arrived, the staff delivered exceptional, warm service through check-in, our stay, and checkout. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with luxurious touches like plush bedding. Dining was a real treat: the on-site restaurant served delicious, high-quality meals with great atmosphere; though if you prefer milder flavors, a few more "gringo-style" less-spicy options on the menu would be welcome for some tastes. One notable downside for EV drivers like us: no on-site electric vehicle charging stations. We ended up spending extra time at a nearby Super Walmart charger instead

I booked this hotel for a business assignment, and it included a $30 daily credit for food and beverage. I thought that was a great perk since they had a bar and restaurant downstairs. The location is downtown which is currently under construction so there are closed roads leading to the hotel which make it hard to navigate. The valet was great they delivered my car every morning promptly the front desk was welcoming and the room was moderately furnished. I booked a king room and when I got to my room it was a double queen no big deal as I was in on business and it really didn’t matter. The house keeping was descent but I noticed the last few days was lacking like no wash cloths and the bathroom barely touched I typically bring my own so no big deal and not worth complaining about. Had my moms 80th Birthday party for 130 guests with lots of out of town visitors. The hotel staff was great from the planning to the day of the event. The party went great without any issues. Shout out to the catering team Aylen and the staff on the day of the event- Israel and Francisco went above and beyond what was expected. Family and friends raved about the food and hotel. Highly recommended the Plaza for that special event.

The room was great. Beautiful, well appointed, and duper comfortable. The remainder of the guest area was similarly inviting, and beautiful. The "smart" features are not smart. How is it better to choose your floor for the elevator on a giant screen outside of the elevator? Certainly not more secure, and makes the hotel invest in a screen on every floor instead of one control panel per elevator. Also, the in room phone was non functional. The parking situation is completely unfathomable, even to the staff. First, it is completely unmarked from the street. After not finding anywhere to park to check in, we finally found an open garage and just decided we'd pay whatever we had to in order to get to a restroom and some dinner, worrying about hotel parking later.
