The Nightlight

This place exceeded my expectations! My son was visiting from California (he and his friends are in the entertainment industry), and as is tradition, we went to the movies. I loved finding a locally owned theater. The setting at Nightlight is intimate and so interesting! I do wish they had soda from a fountain versus canned drinks, but, hey, you can't have everything. The service was great, the seats were all excellent, and the sound and visual quality was five stars. I will definitely be back!

What a wonder theater! They show movies that just don't get played anywhere else. The rooms are not massive like at a chain theater. They are intimate with comfortable seating. The screens are large, but not a mile away. They have a good selection of snacks and beverages including canned and mixed drinks. The media room / lounge is a nice touch for those who are looking to relax while waiting for their start time.

Love it. The people here and clientele care about movies. You can feel it. Having one of the owners introduce the movie before was a special touch. So much better - and more personal - than watching ads or trailers. Support this theater!

So wonderful to have found this spot! This is a comfy cozy independent theatre with amazing selections. The decor and entire vibe is so cute, and you can really feel the love for cinema in there. I will be returning again and again to see what else they are showing. Loved seeing Hertzfeldt’s work there.

They have done a great job updating the place. As anywhere these days, I guess it's a little bit pricey but I try to support local. The new theater is very nice.
