Homewood Suites by Hilton Akron Fairlawn, OH

Simply fantastic visit! Our room was spotless. The towels were soft and did not feel anything like your typical sandpaper that many other hotels provide. We also love the fact that they have a ceiling fan above the bed and the rooms were very spacious and quiet. Additionally, you are close to several restaurants, grocery stores, a mall, and so much more. They have a large breakfast in the morning with many items to choose from. the receptionist at the front desk named Morgan was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Cynthia and the rest of the staff was very accommodating. The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious. Room 401 was quiet. This is a great hotel for sports tournaments. Rooms have a full fridge with freezer to store ice packs. The hotel is close to good coffee, fresh juice bar and many restaurants. ||I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Location for restaurants and freeway access. Negative: Coffee and hot water was not hot. Was told to use microwave in room to heat up. Would like selection of flavored creamers.

We had an awesome experience! The staff is very friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers, ensuring top-notch service throughout the stay. I’d especially like to mention the lady at the front desk (I believe her name might be Amely). She was calm, thorough, and extremely helpful — a real asset to the hotel. The only suggestion I have is regarding cleanliness. The hotel isn’t dirty at all, but it seems there’s a bit of negligence from the housekeeping staff in a few areas. With a little more attention, this place would be perfect!

Extra star due to the stellar customer service provided by Sarah and Meleah! Meleah - checked in via text several times and offered assistance. She also delivered a clean pot to the unit. A few days later, I woke up to find 4" of snow on my rental car and no scraper. That evening when I informed Sarah of my morning challenge she immediately offered the use of hers. Then, the day after I checked out, she even called because a housekeeper had found a pair of earrings on the 4th floor and she thought they might be mine. In 2025, that level of honesty from housekeeping and the effort from the front desk to track down the owner is truly impressive.
