The Lazy Laurel

My wife usually takes care of our travel stays. I did it all by myself this time, and SHE SAID I KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! The Lazy Laurel is the best cabin we have stayed in anywhere. The views are so amazing. Quiet and charming. The hot tub is fantastic. We were able to do some star gazing while we soaked in it at night! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

We stayed there from May 6th to the 10th 2025. We have stayed at many Vrbo/airbnb’s and this was the worst place we have rented. The property has the makings of a nice property. It’s not in the best of condition. I’m not sure if it’s the owner, management company or both but the details are not taken care of. Here are some issues: 1. The sliding glass door does not have a functioning lock. 2. The bathroom pocket door off the living area could not be locked/latched. 3. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom off the master suite. 4. The washing machine did not work. There was standing water in it. The unit was in poor condition. There was a small area of rust on the exterior. This was quite frustrating as we intentionally looked for a location with a washer and dryer. 5. The
