Customer Reviews
We had a lovely stay at the Langham Boston. It is very charming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to schedule a very early breakfast delivery to ensure we made our flight on time, and the turndown service was a nice touch. Our room had a lovely park view and was quiet/comfortable. The rain shower was an excellent amenity as well. We were only in town for one night so we did not take advantage of the pool or sauna, but they looked fresh and well taken care of. The Fed served excellent food and drinks, and the atmosphere was upscale and relaxing. Would love to return!
I visited The Langham, Boston while exploring the Financial District, and the place immediately feels elegant and historic. The hotel is located in a grand building that was originally the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston built in 1922, which gives the whole property a unique mix of history and luxury. Walking into the lobby, everything feels refined and calm—warm lighting, stylish décor, and a classic luxury atmosphere. The design still reflects the building’s banking history, which makes the space feel different from typical modern hotels. One of the most impressive parts is the restaurant GRANA, which is set inside the former bank hall with high ceilings and chandeliers. The hotel also has The Fed, a cocktail bar inspired by British pubs but with a New England twist. The hotel has arou

I stayed here with my wife. We have 3 kids ages 5-1 and it was our first time in 3 years staying out alone. It was also her birthday weekend. Highly highly recommend. It was our first time. Food is great. Had dinner at the Fed and breakfast at the Gram. Enjoyed the burger, octopus, tuna tartar, and the avocado cob salad for dinner. The almond apricot danish was amazing at breakfast. Staff is super friendly. They brought over a nice card and cupcakes for my wife’s birthday as week. Great location and very well kept hotel. I actually booked another night out to take my mom out to this hotel for the following weekend. Definitely recommend and will be coming more often. A gem in Boston.
We stayed at the Langham this weekend for a surprise get away. This hotel was renovated in 2022 and how they managed to keep it in such impeccable fashion over 4 years of servicing guests is beyone me. We had a premium guest room, king bed. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious linens. Loved the quality of the bath soaps and shampoo. Rooms are insulated, so no noise even though we were right next to the elevator. Bar scene is a hoot. Memorable bartenders and great for crowd watching. We love the location as it is walkable to all key neighborhoods in the city in our opinion. Will definitely stay again.
