The Kensington Hotel

Aaliyah provided excellent service! She was very kind and made our check-in process fast. She explained the hotel amenities, recommended the restaurant, and gave great tips on the Ann Arbor area - our stay felt complete! She checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. ||The beds were comfy, the room was great, and Relish restaurant had good food. Despite being busy, Aaliyah kept a positive attitude with a smile. Thank you for such a great service.|-We’ll be back!

The Kensington was a great find. The rooms are actually kept clean, which is a huge plus, and the staff are just genuinely nice people. We grabbed dinner at the restaurant and the food was surprisingly good. Definitely worth hitting up! What really stood out, though, was the GM. They’re actually around and clearly on top of things; if you need something, they just get it done without any fuss. Super solid stay, would definitely stay here again when in Ann Arbor.

Positive: "" Negative: Pool could have been a lot warmer. Came here specifically because I remember the pool being so warm and amazing. It?s one of the only ones I enjoy going in due to a health condition/disability I have. It was unfortunate I couldn?t enjoy it this time.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Good restaurant. Didn’t try the bbq but the salmon salad was great! Gym was adequate for my needs. |William from the front desk was out of this world helpful. Letting me know what amenities the hotel offered. Which was nice so I didn’t have to venture back out after a long day of work. |I will be returning for sure!

This was our first time staying at the Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor. The rooms were reasonable for the value, but what stood out in my mind was the service of the staff at the front desk. William immediately met us with a gracious smile and made us feel at home. When I asked if we could relax and visit in the lounge lobby, he replied that "Be at home, this is your home!" William took a photo of our family together and asked whether there was anything he could do to make our stay better. During our visit, he went out of his was to check up on us to make sure we were comfortable.
