We spent a wonderful week at Island Beach Resort, and it was the perfect place for our family. The resort is extremely family-friendly, and we rented six units, which made it so special to have everyone together in one place. Penny, who runs the resort, was incredibly welcoming and kind. She checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for. The layout was ideal—our rooms were all directly across from each other, so we were constantly in and out of each other’s rooms, sharing time and making memories. The beach was right there, and the pool was just steps away, making everything so easy and convenient. They also have a fantastic barbecue area for families, with four or five grills located in the back. We loved being able to grill together and

We had a great stay at Beach Island Resort and would absolutely come back. The resort is located right on the beach in Cocoa Beach, Florida, with easy access to the sand and ocean. The accommodations are not typical hotel rooms — they feel much more like one- and two-bedroom beach cottages. Our unit had a full kitchen, a comfortable living area, and separate bedrooms and bathrooms, which made the stay especially convenient and relaxing. Everything was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully laid out. Having a full kitchen and extra space made a big difference, especially for a longer stay or for families who want more room than a standard hotel offers. Penny, who manages the property, deserves special recognition. She is friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes pride in run

This little vintage motel is the real deal. The rooms are all unique and decorated with a retro beach vibe. We stayed in Room 112, with two bedrooms and a very adequate little efficiency kitchen. Penny is the onsite manager and is very gracious and helpful and her helper Donna made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed being right on the beach, to enjoy the ocean and to view the rocket launches. The hot tub came in very handy as the weather was cold. All around excellent stay.

Beach Island Resort truly makes the most of its space, and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay! They have a fully equipped BBQ area, with a large patio, tables, chairs, and all the grilling accessories you could need! They have a picnic/lounge area with an ocean view! 😍 🏖️ They have a laundry room, which to us is a big deal! We always like to wash everything up before we head home! ||I can honestly say that the resort goes above and beyond to add so many thoughtful touches like menus for all the local eateries, books, games, and a beautiful breeze way with a beautiful and comfy seating area. It has a heated private pool, a private hot tub, and direct private beach access. Plus, every beach amenity you could need!||Penny, is the on-site manager, is availab

Eh, for what the rooms are it's overpriced. Outdated and extremely small. The bathroom was soooo small. It's hard to image sticking a toilet, sink and shower in a 8sq ft space but hey, they did it! The room was clean but very outdated. My first thought was since it's advertised as a resort there would be more amenities. Alas, not the case. The location was good the property manger was beyond helpful which was nice. There's nothing more disappointing than being confident in your decision to stay at a place based on 5 star reviews only to be let down once you see it for yourself. A little updating and a few more amenities would make this place go from "good" to great! Especially for what you pay.
