THE ISO HOTEL, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This is a good mid priced hotel. The setting with views of the pool and the ocean was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Our only negative was the staff person working when we checked in around 5:30 pm on Saturday November 29. She was the only negative experience we had throughout our 17 day visit. There was no greeting, she was sullen, and borderline rude. We had made arrangements to drop our luggage earlier in the day. When we mentioned it, her reply was a very curt “ I wouldn’t know anything about that”. When she gave us a paper to sign, we asked for a pen, and with looking up, she pointed to a cup of pens on the counter. When we asked if the hotel had any beach chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, etc to rent or use, her reply was once again “I don’t know anything about that. We

Positive: Location is close to shops and just out of the way of touristy areas. On the beach and the grab and go breakfast is convenient. Loved they had bikes available to take for a stroll. Negative: Our water shut off in room for one night couldn’t flush toilet

We were impressed by everything the ISO Hotel had to offer for the price point. Ocean views, comfortable and clean rooms, snacks for breakfast, free use of their bikes for the path, and water bottles at arrival! I didn't have huge hopes for this place and we were only staying for a night after a late airport arrival but I was really impressed. It's great for a night or two, especially if you need quick access to the airport. We would absolutely recommend it and would stay again!

Gorgeous location. We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our patio had a gorgeous view of the ocean and we were able to watch the sunrise each morning and sit in the courtyard or on our patio with coffee. Footsteps from the beach and a small boardwalk but also close enough to the grocery store, Starbucks, local restaurants, etc. The rooms are not overly modern or updated, but they are clean, spacious and have an authentic island feel. One thing to note is we traveled with a 5 month old and they were not able to accommodate a crib, but did have a pack and play setup in the room prior to our arrival which we appreciated. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit!

Room with a partial ocean view - we saw some beautiful sunrises from bed / the balcony! The shower height was a bit low (we are tall), but otherwise room good for sleeping and as a base. Good location to see both North & South sides of the island. Supermarket, restaurants & food trucks nearby. The hotel restaurant was under construction so we did not see this, and the breakfast area had some items stored in the same room so it felt also like a building site. There's a lot of plastic packaging with the breakfast being individually packed portions and self-serve. We felt this could have been more sustainably arranged. The yoga lesson was strange and finished well before the hour - whilst we noticed other teachers on different days did a more recognisable vinyasa flow which lasted the full
