Plantation Hale Suites

I almost didn’t book here and almost canceled bc of the reviews. However, I’m so glad that I didn’t. My family of 4 stayed here for 8 nights with absolutely no complaints. Full kitchen, living room with pull out couch, ocean view porch (porches are huge), comfortable beds. My ONLY complaint is that the AC units are extremely loud, which is why I’m doing 4 stars instead of 5. At first I thought people were overreacting about those, but it does sound like something is legitimately wrong with them and they’re very obnoxious. Other than that though, no complaints. Did laundry multiple times during my trip and loved that I would get a notification when it was done. Location was absolutely wonderful, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island other than Lihue. Positive: It had a kitchen Negative: Take this Hotel off your offerings There is no one at the front desk area. Check in is at 4PM and the business office located at a shopping center nearby closes at 5PM! There are no signs to let guests know where to go after hours. Phone # are invalid

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family on the beautiful island of Kauai. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from the water. I truly enjoyed watching the sunrises during our stay, which made every morning special.||Everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was provided. The room was spacious and well equipped with a microwave, oven, and pans, and there was even an outdoor barbecue area available. The parking was great just in front of every building there is parking.|It made resting and spending time together as a family very easy and enjoyable.||My family and I rated our stay a perfect 10/10. We loved it and are already planning to come back next year and stay at the same hotel again.

I absolutely loved the location of Plantation Hale Suites. I didn't know it would be so close to the airport and Old Kappa's town, which was such a bonus. The parking and ease of checking in was very nice, and the nearby stores and shopping center make it a great spot to come back after exploring. I love how each suite has a balcony as it was nice to sit and enjoy the night breeze. The pool was super clean and had a lot of places for sitting and lounging. The suite was bigger than I expected and the facilities and amenities were amazing. It was like having my own apartment away from home with a full functioning kitchen complete with cooking ware and utensils! Would highly recommend this place and the customer service when I had questions were so quick to answer and very friendly. Thoroug

Great location. Our unit in the A building was dated. The kitchen could have used a pasta strainer, a cutting board and some non-stick pans. We like to cook in our room. Also, there were hidden fees tacked on at the end. $30 per day to pay for parking, BBQ facilities. Doesn't the condo owner pay for those in the normal fees. Otherwise, we had a great time. We enjoyed the pool and the convenient location.
