The Inn At Longwood Medical

Great place to stay if you need access to Boston Children's Hospital. Clean rooms, well furnished. Beds and temps very comfortable. Their strongest asset is their staff. Angel was a super human, taking care of a couple things we needed help with, including an issue we had with the website we booked with. He took the information, said I got it, and knocked it out in an hour. Truly above and beyond. Thank you Angel & Noah!

We came for a family service and were taken such good care of by Heather and the rest of the staff. We had adjoining rooms that were quite clean and comfortable: spacious enough for the three of us, dark and quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and we got great sleep. We got in late and the person at the front desk was able to help us get food. But we ate in the restaurant the rest of our stay. The food was really good for a hotel, and the staff attentive. We also appreciated how close the Inn is to everywhere we needed to go. It is near two different train lines. Great for a family stay.

Beds are very soft. Rooms and hotel are very clean. Check in and out was easy and fast. Close to every thing medical. Has an exceptional food court attached. There is a gym close by but not in the hotel. Parking is in a parking garage and does cost extra. Vee handicapped accessible.

It's within walking distance to Joseph Martin Conference Center, convenient for those attending meetings there. Spacious room and comfortable, though somehow it was a little cold at night despite turning the heater up. CVS Pharmacy and a food court nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. Take note that you need to pay USD 25 for each hour of late check out. Staff are helpful.

The hotel does not have a great lobby or terrific amenities| It does have a no-nonsense arrangement at check in. Did not see any porters. There are two passenger elevstors. Unfortunately, they were inoperable one afternoon. My room on the seventh floor was extremely clean and comfortable. There is a food court on the third floor so you have a wide choice of food. There is a very nice restaurant wity table service, but the hours of operation are inconsistent. |I would say that this is a fine property especially given its location. I will be a visitor in the future and I recommend it for most visitors.
