Such a wonderful opening and great service and a great team!

The current state of this once legendary hotel is incredibly disappointing and I honestly feel like the lack of basic maintenance and professional service is something that every traveler should be aware of before booking a stay. I spent a long time trying to check into my room and the staff at the front desk seemed completely overwhelmed and disinterested in providing any kind of warm welcome or assistance with my luggage. I really felt like the rooms were very dated and poorly kept because the carpets looked stained and I noticed a lingering musty smell that made the whole environment feel very unhygienic and neglected. The space is located in a beautiful historic building but the management clearly fails to invest in the necessary upgrades to keep the facilities up to modern luxury stan
