This hotel is outstanding, we stayed for 5 nights in February and loved every minute of it. The staff are brilliant from the doors being open for you, the friendly faces on reception to our lovely chambermaid they can't do enough for you. We checked in and were given an upgraded room which made our stay so special. The room was really clean. The shower was amazing and the bed so cosy. The best bed we ve ever had in a hotel. The room has everything you need, the coffee machine and added snacks were a real bonus. The hotel has a great coffee shop attached and a lovely bar area too. On return in an afternoon they offered free hot chocolate at reception to warm up and free sweets some nights for bedtime. Cannot fault this hotel at all and would return if we were in Boston again. Fabulous! The hotel is beautiful. The location is great, easy T access. The hotel staff is A+. Very clean, rooms are spacious. The bar is nice and the drinks were great! We had some sushi style apps and they were fantastic. If staying for more than a night or two, I could see how the lack of a refrigerator may be somewhat inconvenient. I loved it here!

Having traveled extensively and stayed in hotels ranging from globally renowned flagships to lesser-known properties, I approached my first visit to The Godfrey Hotel with measured expectations. In practice, however, the experience not only met those assessments but also left a lingering impression: even after departure, the hotel’s name and image remained vividly present in my mind—an uncommon outcome for a stay that is defined less by spectacle than by precision.||To be clear, nothing about the hotel is overtly ostentatious; rather, its excellence lies in the absence of friction. There is nothing that “needs improvement” because the operation is ca

Great location, and the rooms are nice and clean. The hotels charge a daily hotel fee at check-in that is explained on the hotel's page as being for all amenities, including making sure the rooms are filled with snacks. However, I found that the snacks and water filling in the room is inconsistent, and sometimes not refilled, especially if you're like us, and only wanted a bag of chips or cookies every now and then....

Location is easy and hotel was excellent! Haha was so sweet checking me in and out. I loved her warmth and professionalism. The room was quiet. The heat was not too hot or loud (a problem I often have in hotels), and I loved the little red night light I the bathroom! So clever! I’d gladly stay here again.
