The Envoy Hotel, Autograph Collection

Five stars in every way. I won't stay anywhere else in Boston. The location, the service, the rooms, the water views, and the rooftop bar can't be beat. Walking distance to great lobster rolls at James Hook and walking distance to all the Italian restaurants in the North End. As for service - Chris at the front desk made my stay seamless! He was friendly and highly efficient. I highly recommend the Envoy for anyone visiting Boston. It's an experience.

The Envoy Hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Our room was spotless, modern, and had an incredible view of the harbor — I didn’t want to leave. The rooftop bar is hands down one of the best in the city. The fire pits, the music, the drinks, the view… our waiter Sebastian made out experience 5 star! everything was just perfect. It’s got such a fun, relaxed vibe while still feeling upscale. The staff was amazing — so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made our stay even better. We ended up spending both nights up there because we loved it so much. Can’t wait to come back — this place is a total gem! They really know what they’re doing!

I stayed at The Envoy Hotel in Boston and had a really good experience. The layout was a bit unusual in terms of how the space was arranged, but nothing that caused any issues. Just something worth noting if you prefer a more traditional setup.||The rooftop bar is definitely a highlight. It has an energy all its own once the evening crowd shows up. That said, be prepared for the elevators to get hectic at night. The hotel crew was extremely nice and helpful. The rooftop bar is great as well. The room on the other hand is really overrated for the price in my opinion. It’s small, there’s no fridge and the thin glass door for the bathroom is uncomfortable when you want privacy. The room itself was really small too. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for a hotel with their luxury ratings. The walls between the rooms are thin too. Which can be common in hotels, but seemed extra noisy here. You can open a window a little here which would normally be great, but the room next door used it to smoke and we could smell fully in our room which was awful. Spectacular hotel and location with perfect views right on the harbor. Our room overlooked the water and was spacious and modern. The staff was very accommodating, and the rooftop restaurant had good food and amazing views. Within walking distance to fine dining and shopping. We upgraded our room and we're so happy we did, it was worth it!
