The Embers Hotel

Love Embers! Everything was wonderful. Room was clean, with lots of room. The bathroom was lovely, hot and great water pressure. The mattress was very comfortable, which is usually a problem for me at most hotels, not this one. I slept like a baby. My husband skied and it wasn’t a bad drive to the mountain. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. Oh, and loved the breakfast pastries! Definitely will be going back when we stay in NC again!

5 Stars - A perfect stay in Blowing Rock!|We loved our stay at The Embers Hotel. The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the location is unbeatable - right in the heart of town, an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. The on-site bar and restaurant were a nice bonus with a cozy atmosphere, great food and service. We’ll absolutely stay here again!

An incredible experience - the rooms, the food, the staff - everything! We had a perfect evening! For dinner we enjoyed several dishes from the appetizer and shareable’s sections of the menu, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Before heading home we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Lovely hotel stay for girls weekend with sister-in-law and cousins. Our room on the third floor was very nice. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening, which was very delicious and well done. The location is great because it’s very easy to walk to Main Street and visit all the shops there and any other attractions such as the museum. We also shopped at the public library book sale, and came home with six books Two staff that must be mentioned because they were wonderful are Thomas from the front desk who we first made a reservation with and then spoke to several times during our stay, especially to make sure we got the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Our room was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The location is perfect - right in downtown Blowing Rock and an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. We also loved the cozy bar and restaurant on-site. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be back!
