Customer Reviews
Recently renovated so the rooms are amazing. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. The amenities are great with a games room downstairs, then a lounge at the top floor along with a sauna and spa. Only grip would be the speed of the lift but really not a huge problem
We had tape fantastic stay! The people were amazing and the rooms were comfortable. They had a well set up kitchen The only thing they don't have is a stove top or oven but they do have microwave and a refrigerator and cupboards and all the dishes you need including a can opener which came in handy. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gym while we were there as well. If we come back to San Francisco we will most certainly stay there again.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good and bad, could be a little too close to street noise from daily morning cleaning crew and those who like to sing and yell at night depending on where your room is as the windows don't seem to be double pained or help with any noise reduction. Location is pretty convenient though. Rooms are spacious and looks like it was renovated not long ago. But a few issues are though to get over.||The doors to each room is super heavy, if you are elderly or having difficulty with heavy items, you will have issues managing the doors. The biggest issue is that every time a door closes on your floor, you will hear it and feel it. It's that loud. There are ice machines on alternative floors and the door there is also heavy but they have a soft close feat
Location: Perfect! Right next to Union Square, close to public transport and rental car office.Guest room: Beautiful decor, clean and spacious. Kitchenette is handy.Services: Staff were friendly and helpful.10 out of 10, will stay again next time in San Francisco.
This is our 3rd time staying here, and it won't be the last. We did so many things today and never set foot in a vehicle. We've never felt so special and appreciated at a lodging establishment before. We love the never ending, wonderful quality coffee in the club. And really nice to have a mini dishwasher in the suite. Everything is so clean! Love it here. Will go tomorrow morning to hear about the opportunities within this Club. The gifted snacks and beverage and personalized letter was the icing on the cake!
