The Atlas Hotel

My stay at the Atlas Hotel in Boston in February was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special. Zach, Tesfaye, Marcos, Bruel, and Manual were all so attentive, friendly, and welcoming—it truly made a difference. The level of customer service here is outstanding, and the restaurant was amazing with delicious food and a great ambiance. Thank you to the team for such a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Boston.

This hotel is stunning - I've been to a lot of Hotel's and the design and operations team hit a home run with this place. The lobby and public areas are stunning - honestly, one of the best lobby's i have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well thought out. And the gym is spacious and has everything i would want in a workout. It's a great location for accessing Harvard Square. Most importantly, the staff are super friendly! Everyone I encountered was gracious and genuinely seemed happy to be at the hotel. Well done!

I would give them zero star. I stayed here for 12 days. Have to call 6 times for hours to a converter to the room which still hasn’t arrived. They also add random charges to your invoice. Extremely unorganized hotel.
