The owner and smoc together has done a lot of work to this once Rundown rooming house! Paint plumbing and a regular extermination company. All common areas, (i.e. bathrooms, kitchens, halls, and stairways) are cleaned and sanitized everyday! Plus the whole interior of the building has a fresh coat of paint. 10-15 years ago no one could have paid me to live here
I got robbed for my last Hamilton unfortunately on Jackson Street..SmhdH!
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!
Decent rooming house. Only one with 24 hour security.
so dirty here!!
