The place is a dump! Plain and simple. Nothing but a bunch of lonely people who have nothing better to do but to be nosey and get in other people's business. Stay away from this place at all costs. If housing puts you there you would be stuck for 2 years in that place because they won't move you to a better living arrangement until after two years. Do yourself a favor and go to the Pine St. INN. It's much better and they treat you with respect.
This is really not a hotel in the normal sense. This is really a rooming house that houses semi-permanent "guests" of the type that usually live in one.
It is close walking distance to the City Hall, RMV, The Hanover Theatre but not a nice neighborhood
